This is a short survey to gauge the ‘wellbeing temperature’ of our colleagues. Specifically, we want to find out how you are feeling and managing in your Principal’s role and how well you are supported professionally and collegially. Please fill out this survey. Your responses will add to our kete of knowledge and provide a snapshot of our profession’s health and wellbeing.  It will allow NZPF to work alongside Regional Presidents to design and implement the support mechanisms that are right for you. The Federation wants you, our leaders, to have mana enhancing opportunities and support that will help you grow in your leadership role and help you connect and share both professionally and collegially with your colleagues.
