Calculating Banking Staffing FTTE Usage for staff employed in term 4
Total days, including weekends, from start date to final working date divided by 14, then multiplied by 1.3 gives total Fttes for term 4 if working 25 hours per week.

Adjust according to hours worked if less than 25 hours, thus multiply result above by 0.6 if 15 hours per week for example.

(This process is only valid for calculating term 4 ftte usage as it does not acknowledge holiday pay capping provisions applying in terms 1 to 3.)
